Ian Cocroach was founded in 2009 on a simple idea: that clients are better served by a surveyor who knows their building than by a large firm that rotates its people. Every instruction is led by a principal from first site visit to final report.
We work almost entirely by referral. That keeps the practice deliberately small, and it keeps our advice independent — we are paid to tell clients what we find, not what they hoped to hear.
Both partners are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and carry full professional indemnity cover.
